Conditioning Classes are for any age and has been developed by EDA staff members to improve whole body conditioning, kinaesthetic (body) awareness, flexibility and fitness.
It focuses on developing strength and flexibility in major muscle groups and promotes healthy eating and well-being. Students also increase their knowledge of the importance of warm–up and how to execute a variety of stretch techniques and strengthening exercises in a safe and effective.
